ROOMS

All of our four rooms are appointed with quality 100% cotton linens with handsome quilts to keep you cozy at night. Three of the four rooms have queen-sized beds and the fourth is equiped with twin beds. Each room has its own TV and VCR with easy access to our video library. The furnishings are of the Arts and Crafts Mission style, and, like the beds and linens, are all brand new. This exquisite blend of old and new will delight the senses and soothe the soul. Each downstairs guest room has its own private bath while the two on the second floor share a large bathroom. In all rooms, as throughout the entire house, great care has been taken to provide guests with luxurious comfort in a gracious setting.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Rates are per room per night for one or two persons.
• Additional adult guests are $20/person/night. Children 10+ are $15/child
• Rate includes full breakfast and the use of the Shady Hollow Inn amenities excluding picnics and special meals.
• Payment is by credit card to make a reservation by phone. In person we accept credit cards, traveller's checks, cash or personal checks.
• Advance deposits are required as follows:
  • 1 or 2 nights - full payment
  • 3 or 4 nights - 2 nights deposit
  • 5 or more - 50% deposit
• The balance due will be collected at check-in.
• Check-in: 2:00 P.M.->8:00 P.M. Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
• Cancellation and refund policy: A full refund will be made for a cancellation at least 14 days prior to your reservation. If less than 14 days, a refund will be made if the room is subsequently re-rented. We endeavor to be fair with you so please be fair with us. A $20 service fee will be levied for any refund.
• Sorry, but pets cannot be accommodated.
• Except for our campfires, The Shady Hollow Inn is completely smoke-free!
