Rules of the Inn

• Inn At 2920 does not maintain a 24-hour check in desk. Please let us know when you plan to arrive.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
• We will take a valid credit card number or one night deposit by check to guarantee your stay. Cancellations must be made within 10 days of arrival. If cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to arrival we can not rent your room to someone else, we reserve the right to charge one nights stay to your credit card or keep your check deposit.
• Check In Time: 3pm, Check out Time: 11am
• Maximum per room occupancy: 2
• Since we maintain a strict no smoking policy throughout our entire house, our lodging is not recommended for smokers. If a guest chooses to smoke in their room, we will ask them to leave and will charge them a $250 fee to cover our lost revenue while we replace bedding and window dressings in the room.
• Sorry, no candles!
• During special events, holidays and on weekends, we may require a two-night minimum stay.
• Rates do not include city and state taxes (12.5% total) and are subject to change without notice.
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of arrival and departure dates.
• Gift Certificates available!
• Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
• Well-behaved children over 13 are welcome.
• The Inn does not have an elevator, so our lodging is not recommended for those unable to use stairs.

Directions From Baltimore-Washington International Airport (25 minutes)

Take I-195 to I-295 (Baltimore/Washington Parkway) North (toward Baltimore). Exit on 895 North (Harbor Tunnel). This is a toll road ($1.00). Take the second exit after the Harbor Tunnel called Boston St. Make a right at the light to go west on Boston St. Follow Boston through a light industrial area, then you ll see the harbor on your left. Make a right on Linwood, then your first right on Elliott. Inn at 2920 is one block down on your left, at the corner of Elliott and S. Curley.

From Baltimore Convention Center/Inner Harbor (5 minutes)

Go East on Pratt Street. Turn right on President Street. President Street will take a sharp curve and become Fleet Street. Follow Fleet Street for approximately one mile. Turn right on Boston St. Stay on Boston for approximately one mile, then turn left on Linwood (the street sign also mentions the Korean War Memorial). Make your first right on Elliott. Inn at 2920 is one block on your left, at the corner of Elliott and S. Curley.

Parking

Inn at 2920 is an urban B&B, with the most convenient parking being on the street. We recommend that you locate a nearby space for unloading your luggage, then, if you choose, we will direct you to an off-street parking lot for our guests located several blocks from the Inn.
