Day One:

- Carribean Breakfast Burrito with sweet potato, black beans and tofu scramble
Day Two:
- Seasonal Fruit Salad
- Hearty Organic Oatmeal topped with a Maple, Pear and Raisin Compote (the pears are grown on our property)
- Whole Wheat Biscuits
Day Three:
- Lemon Scented Apples
- Italian Style Tofu Scramble with Sprouted Grain Toast
We do not do dinner, but Asheville is loaded with vegetarian, vegan and organic options.
