Meals
We provide all meals during the trip. In particular, tasty vegetarian fare is available. -- a delicious variety of typical cuisine made with fresh, locally-grown ingredients.
Breakfast
Buffet breakfast consists of:
- soy bean milk
- tropical fruits
- juices
- cereals
- bread or pancakes
- butter
- jelly
- coffee and camomile tea

All raw fruits, uncooked vegetables and salads are thoroughly disinfected before serving.
We also provide, at all times

- soy bean milk
- boiled, cooled drinking water
- crackers
- fruit.
If any visitor has special dietary requirements, we are happy to make individual arrangements, but please notify us in advance. Upon request, we will furnish a complete description of our menus.
Beverages
Each lodge has a bar which serves, at additional cost:
- Peruvian wines from the Tabernero and Tacama wineries of Ica
- Cuzquena and other Peruvian beers
- Johnny Walker Black and Red Labels, and Jack Daniels Red Label whiskeys
- mixed drinks made with original Pisco (of Pisco Sour fame), rum, palm fruit and Coca Cola
- fresh juices and bottled water
The lodges state:
"Many Amazonian legends say that the most amazing animals in the rain forest are evolved human beings. Maybe, macaws and spider monkeys were once people who enjoyed the taste of aguaje palm fruits so much, they now can't live without them. Dare to taste this and other spirits in our bars, and maybe you will return a more evolved being."
