Each of our four guest rooms is located on the first floor of The Inn, and each room is uniquely decorated with an individual theme. Two guest rooms have gas log fireplaces. All of The Inn's guest rooms come complete with fine amenities such as feather beds, down comforters, clock radios, ceiling fans, central air, luxurious robes embroidered with The Inn's logo, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, hot beverage makers, fresh flowers, candy, and bottles of spring water. You will find ample reading lights, including bedside lamps and easy chairs and rockers with floor or table lamps. Ample space is provided for storing guest's personal belongings. The Inn's hosts have tried to anticipate their guests' every need.

Room rates include a full hot breakfast, an evening social hour with choice of beverage and cheese, and other exceptional amenities.

Rates are for single or double occupancy and 12% local and state tax not included. Additional occupancy is $25 per adult (ages 17 and up) and $10 per child. Five or more nights receive a 10% discount.
Rates are subject to change at any time.
Midweek business rates are available. Limited government rates are available.
Deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of entire reservation plus tax, whichever is greater, is due at time of booking for each room. The balance is due upon checkout. For immediate confirmation, credit card deposits are accepted and charged at time of booking. Reservations are held one week for other forms of deposit.
Cancellations — A refund will be made only if the cancellation is received at least 5 days before the arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the room. A $20 processing fee is deducted from all refunds. Credit card deposits will be refunded by check. In the event of early departure, guests are responsible for full payment of the entire reservation. For special events or holiday periods, a 14-day cancellation notification is required.
The inn is a nonsmoking establishment — smoking is allowed on the outside deck or gardens. Guests who smoke in any indoor area of the inn, including their room or bathroom, will be charged an extra fee of $50 to repair the smoke damage.
There are no TVs in rooms — there is a TV/VCR in living room.
Two rooms have phone extensions for credit card and local calls, a phone is available in the hall for guest use, and a portable phone is available at all times.
Feather and down bedding is completely allergy free; please advise if other bedding will be necessary.
