Requirements
Requirements for US couples to get married on Anguilla are simple. They must arrive on the island two business days prior to the ceremony with passports for identification. Mandatory fees include a marriage license fee and a clergy/officer fee. Couples celebrating other than their first wedding must bring appropriate divorce or death certificates.
