This journey begins with our signature exfoliating body treatment. You will receive a vigorous scrub using blue corn, mineral salt crystals, and aloe vera. Your skin will then be rehydrated with a mineral rich lotion. We continue with a deep tissue massage to release muscle tension. You end your day with a facial created specifically for men and you will leave relaxed, refreshed and looking like new!

A Day of Detoxification $429.00
This day package will help your body process and eliminate some of the harmful toxins we collect due to our demanding lifestyles. Your first treatment starts with an invigorating dry brushing of the body. This is followed by a lymphatic drainage treatment that is light and rhythmic to increase the flow of fluid through the lymphatic system. You are then wrapped in herbal infused sheets creating your own private sweat bath. We recommend taking a break and having a healthy smoothie at our Juice Bar before ending your day with a lymphatic facial to complete your detoxification program.

Sedona Experience $479.00
This spiritual retreat is designed to release negativity and bring balance to your body and mind, using sage, special oils, crystals, aromas and sounds. You will begin this day with a Flower Essence Bath. Your energy pathways will be further opened during your vibrational massage. Finally, you will spend an hour with one of our consultants to develop effective meditation techniques just for you.

The Athlete $479.00
You start this “day of fitness” with an hour strength training session with one of our personal trainers. After your rigorous workout you will immerse yourself in our therapeutic hydrotherapy bath while one of our massage therapists “work out” any tension or soreness. You finish this package with a Table Thai to stretch and relax your muscles after this day of fitness. Before you leave for the day you will also receive a personalized workout program to take home so you can continue this journey.
