The data base of trips/packages contained within this site will enable those who practice a vegetarian lifestyle to travel without food being a concern.
For people who are lacto-vegetarian or vegan, the trips that we offer should meet your needs. You must remember though, that what is considered vegan in one country is not necessarily the same as vegan in another. For those who follow a living food diet, the range of options still exist, however, the variety offered will vary, depending on the season and location of where you are travelling.
This site also meets the needs of those travellers who are vegetarians for reasons other than animal rights/ethical reasons. It includes travel information about faith based diets such as; Jewish Kosher, Seventh Day Adventist, Muslim, practioners of Spiritual living, those who practice yoga, and medical based diets, such as; heart attack recovery, weight problems, lifestyle, alcohol/drug recovery, stressful daily living, etc. There are many aspects of the vegetarian diet, and we will attempt to satisfy those areas, i.e. rennet in cheese, eggs in noodles, lard in beans, organic vs. inorganic, etc.
