Our home is a 1790 restored farmhouse with an attached artist/writer studio and barn (flower arranging studio). The buildings are surrounded by rambling organic gardens, marvelous sky and landscapes, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing on a twenty-acre hillside (ten acres are in wildlife conservation) six miles west of Northampton, Massachusetts.

We have three private, spacious, charming and imaginative guest suites.
A Continental certified-organic vegetarian / vegan complementary Breakfast is set up in our dining room. (Guests may choose to have a private breakfast in their suite.) We offer fresh baked muffins - which in season may be jazzed up with our own high bush blueberries, currants and raspberries - fruit salad, juice, tea and fresh ground coffee.

Flower Hill Farm is committed to supporting organic farmers/growers. We buy only certified organic foods. Our coffee and teas are fair trade.

We do not use pesticides or any chemical fertilizers at Flower Hill Farm.


We welcome families and extended stays. Our home is perfect for vacations and getaways. You can choose to be independent guests or share breakfast and conversation with other guests. Just let us know your preference.

A collection of puzzles, books and magazines are available. All of our rooms have original art with an ongoing art show, which is a fundraiser for American Friends Service Committee. Let us know if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable or enjoyable.
