Set deep in the Saint Lucian rain forest, Mago is a perfect example of how man-made architecture - mosaic tiling, wooden furniture hand-carved by local artists, ancient, persian rugs - can adopt and be adopted by the best of nature.
After all, can there be a better architect than nature itself?
The lounge area is sumptuously furnished and the volcanic rock formation is a fabulous focal point here, 20 feet high and 60 feet wide! The fire place is used as a bar-be-que on given nights where guests can relax under the stars to Mago's resident band, Heritage.
Pool
Here at Mago we offer you only the best. Enjoy our invigorating freshwater pool which helps rejuvenate.
By using the Plocher system and Baquacil, our pool water is revitalized and restored to its original, crystalline condition. And you'll experience twice the pleasure, as it's chlorine-free.
Restaurant
The restaurant and bar area is completely open and is set among tropical trees and plants.
Room charges includes a St.Lucian breakfast. Additional extras are charged as required. Meals are taken in the restaurant and are charged accordingly. Usually guest make reservations for dinner, light snacks and lunches can be taken as required.
The restaurant prides itself on using the freshest of St.Lucian produce, including handpicked fruits.
The restaurant is probably the most romantic in all of St.Lucia. Dining under the stars while listening to the sound of the night is a very unique experience at Mago. Reservations are required for dinner. All meals and beverages taken are charged as extras.

SAMPLE MENU
Our breakfast consists of
- fresh squeeze juice,fresh (organic) fruit plate, consisting of soup sop, mango pineapple, guava, tangerine, golden apple, sugar apple, grapfruit, banana,and oranges.
- Homemade whole wheat bread, served with butter and homemade jam.
- Coconut turnovers (fresh coconut).
- Drink of cocoa tea (made with fresh grated coco, fresh local spci) or local fresh ground coffee, or choice of teas.
Dinner sample- Starters: Christophine soup or Crepe Creole in a tangy sauce, or fresh mushroom in garlic and parsley butter, or breadfruit and chive salad served with a raspberry and garlic vinagarette, fresh pasta lasagna vegetable and wild spinach filling, or Soya Creole St. Lucias or Saute of fresh vegetable gratin. All organic.
All of our dishes are served with a selection of an example of the following: wild yam, saute of green and red cabbage, gratin of green papaya, fried plantain and seasoned rice. Deserts will be homemade sorbet or a fruit plate

There are six different unique rooms available, each decorated in its own unique style.
All the rooms have been named after Roman heroes. Enjoy the tasteful decoration, including antiques, Persian rugs and modern and unique works of art.
All the guestrooms have a panoramic view to the Piton Mountain, the town of Soufriere beneath, and to the blue water of the Caribbean.
Three of the 6 guest units have four poster beds. A spacious terrace adjoins most of the rooms.
