All ancient civilizations used an unbelievable diversity of massages to stimulate the points of energy of the nervous and meridian systems, the latter highly prized by oriental therapists, particularly the Chinese. All methods have proved effective and are used according to individual needs.
Misión del Sol has made a scrupulous selection of therapies, favoring specially those which, throughout
the years, have evolved without losing sight of their fundamental traditions. Our select group of masseurs works in a hygienic environment; all treatments are combined with Aromatherapy and Musictherapy, which help to the expansion of vital space and consciousness, and contribute to purify the atmosphere.

• Seaweed wrap: Helps to eliminate toxins. • Slimming wrap: Combines the qualities of thermal mud, seaweed and paraffin. Not recommended for persons who suffer from liquid retention.
• Mud therapy: Beneficial thermal mud metabolizes and purifies the body; contributes to the elimination of uric acid and reduces swelling.
• Firming with volcanic mud: Contributes to restore tissue firmness.

•Cranio-Sacral therapy: This gentle, non-invasive technique helps detect and correct imbalances in
the Cranio-Sacral system. Also, a relaxing treatment for multiple sensory disorders, back pain; effective against stress.
•Crystal therapy: Relaxing method to balance body energy, fight nervous afflictions and migraine.
•Chrome therapy: Quartz crystals are used to treat different parts of the body.
•Energetic balance: Electrostimulation by means
of acupuncture using quartz as superconductor to transmit a subtle energy to the organic system. It balances the nervous system. Also, serves as a diagnosis tool.
•Bach Flowers: Healing system based on the escence of flowers, trees and herbs; fights worries, anxiety, fears, depression, etcetera.
•Shiatsu: Thumb pressure plus body moving and stretching reinforces articulations and muscles,
thus balancing the energy flow. Sometimes referred to as acupuncture without needles. •Janzu: Aquatic technique based on the properties of water to transmit energy and relaxation. A session of Janzu could seem like a return to the maternal womb; helps to get rid of tensions.
•Chi doctrine: Healing by means of traditional spiritual methods.
•Temazcal: one of the oldest and most effective medicinal practices of Indian America. Therapeutic heat combined with relaxing and healing herbs eliminates toxins and purifies the whole system.
