BREAKFAST

Fresh squeezed citrus or star fruit juice(from oour organic orchid), bamboo leaf juice, noni juice, herbtea, fresh baked muffins, homemade granola, soy or rice milk, hot grain cereal, green goddess fruit smoothies, fruit platter, toast with nut butters and toppings like raisins, cinnamon and honey.

DINNER

Includes various menus, some of which are: Baked Tofu,big green organic salads, green thai papaya salad, Hawaiian rice, Rainforest stirfry(includes fresh bamboo shoots and fiddle ferns), Shitake miso cream soup, Raw pasta, quinoa, Middle Eastern and Mexican dinners, spring rolls, fresh carrot juice, pumpkin soup and carob fudge balls for dessert. Just to name a few.

Frank Scura is a native to California and a vegetarian chef for 7 years. He has cooked and "uncooked" for: Julia Butterflyhill, non-profit groups in Malibu such as Heart Magic, Frank Lloyd's "Wright Way", Eric Lloyd Wright, and plans to open a Raw food Restaurant in Southern California.

Frank creates food, like he creates his art work. With his hands, he sculptures the food, adds a dash of color with herbs and a garnish, and designs the most delicious tasting food you have ever eaten. He specializes in transitional food, from vegan cooking to raw cuisine.... it is all an orgasmic experience!!! "Wow... It's as if his food has legs, it keeps running from one flavor to the next."
