Miraval includes within the daily rate an approximately $85 worth of body work options and there is truly a very, wide variety of spa services, i.e. massage, specialty body work, ayurdedac body treatments, oriental body wraps, body work, body wraps exfoliation treatments, hydrotherapy, etc., etc. services, including a hot stone massage which incorporates use of smooth, heated basalt stones placed on various parts of the body. Miraval is truly a unique spa/destination location, located in a most beautiful part of the southwest.

Tofu Scramble: Firm tofu gently scrambled with curry, tahini, tamari, red bell peppers, red onion and shiitake mushrooms

Rice Waffle "Mochi": Crispy Gluten and Wheat Free Waffle topped with homemade apple cranberry compote.

We have a lunch buffet which includes a salad bar, vegan soups, speciality salads, daily lunch specials and desserts.

We usually have a vegan dessert available but they can always be requested.
