What's your racquet? We've got smashing tennis weather year-round and we'll help you find partners at your level if you like. You can play all the racquetball you want in our indoor courts. Our first-rate racquet sports instructors offer complimentary clinics and round-robin tournaments. The facilities are available at no additional cost:

GOLF

Experience golf the Canyon Ranch way in our 3,600-square-foot golf center that features the latest fitness and instruction equipment. You'll discover how physical conditioning, flexibility, stamina and mental awareness can improve your golf game.

Private lessons or half-day sessions under the guidance of our PGA staff are designed for any level of golfer - beginner, intermediate and advanced. Video and computer analysis and club-fitting consultations are offered. You'll also have priority access to the nearby Raven Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr..

Golf in the Southwest and a Canyon Ranch Health Resort vacation - it doesn't get better than this. With our golf package, your rate remains the same, and service allowances are modified to include play at the Raven Golf Club, located just 20 minutes from the Ranch. Enjoy panoramic views, elevated tees and well-manicured fairways on the 6,950-yard, par-71 course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.

AQUATIC CENTER

You can't beat water exercise for a workout that's refreshing, energizing and virtually injury-free. It's the perfect way to train for a marathon or get in shape for the upcoming ski season.

The beautiful Aquatic Center at Canyon Ranch in Tucson features a wide range of programs for sports conditioning, fitness, stress and pain management, relaxation, and injury recovery.

There's something for everyone, including the sublimely relaxing Watsu®, aquatic therapy, sports conditioning, and fitness pools.
