Our spa is operated by Dr. Hans Brutscher, a German trained Medical Doctor (GP) and Physiotherapist with a wealth of training and experience. Hans has worked in Germany and New Zealand as a Spa Doctor specialising in natural spa treatments.

Specialised Therapeutic Treatments

Spinal & Muscular Therapy

A range of combination back treatments to restore a sore and problematic back. These treatments use an imported Vibration Swing Extension Bench from Germany, European moor/mud pack wraps, therapeutic massage and manipulative therapy.

Moor/Mud & Fango Treatments

Mud and fango is used therapeutically to help ease joint problems, pain and muscular tension, arthritis and rheumatism. Applied as heat packs onto problem areas such as shoulders, knees, elbows, hips, etc.

Leg Treatments

Moor/mud packs applied to legs that are either tired/heavy, swollen or suffering from vein problems. Combined with therapeutic or lymphatic massage depending on the condition.

Hydrotherapy

The use of water based healing treatments such as underwater massage, electro-galvanic treatment in a specialized bath, or Kneipp water treatments.

Oxygen Therapy

This treatment consists of inhaling oxygen for a required time so as to provide a burst of oxygen to the system that can give relief to conditions such as exhaustion, immune suppression, and depression.

Body Masque Wraps

Choose from 4 divine body wraps using a variety of marine algae/seaweed and herbal extracts. They are either preceded by a body scrub, or followed by a brief moisturizing massage. Rich in nutrients, softening and smoothing to the skin. Heavenly!

Body Pack Wraps

Wonderful European cocoon wraps are applied as heated packs onto the back area and are followed by a massage

Cellulite / Slimming

Cellulite Success & Body Firm and Tone A unique set of treatments to help in cellulite management and body firming and toning. Comprising underwater massages, body wraps and partial body wraps. Signature Treatments

Body Exfoliation

A range of partial and full body exfoliations using either a seaweed body rub, sea salt scrub, or walnut scrub, followed by either an application of moisturizer or a massage.

Marine Face Mask

A range of seaweed enriched facemasks to moisturise, nourish and firm.
