- Fried or scrambled egg, mushroom and tomato
- Scrambled egg on toast with mushroom and tomato
- Vegetarian sausage (herb or spicy), fried or scrambled egg, tomato, mushrooms and baked beans
- Pancake - with honey and stewed fruit
- with banana and natural yoghurt
- with cottage cheese and almonds
- with raisins
- Boiled egg - one or two
- White and wholemeal toast with every breakfast
- Beverages
- Tea - Earl Grey, English, Herbal or decaffeinated
- Coffee - filtered or decaffeinated
**We use filtered water, free range eggs, home-made jam and marmalade and organic mushrooms whenever possible
