A full cooked breakfast is served from 7 until 9 in the dining room, at the time of your choosing. Coffee, cocoa or tea is followed by juice and a fresh fruit plate.
Then you'll have a special dish such as:
- vegetarian Eggs Benedict
- huevos rancheros
- pecan French Toast with sautéed apples
- asparagus quiche
Rosemary-roasted new potatoes often accompany our entree dish. Hot cracked-wheat cereal with apples, pecans, and raisins is always an option. Let us know if you need a special diet and we'll do our best to accommodate. Breads and muffins are home-made.
Our coffee is a special Rosemary House blend of Costa Rican and Sumatran beans from COunter Culture Coffee in Durham. It's available for sale on our Gift Shelf.
Cookie Jar, Drinks All Day
The cookie jar in the dining room is always full, and snacks, hot chocolate, tea and coffee are always available.
