In order to book an independent vacation, Green Earth Travel,LLC requires a non-refundable deposit of $25 per person, which will be applied to your vacation. If the trip is not available, the money will be refunded or can be put towards a future trip. If you decide that you can not go at this time, Green Earth Travel,LLC will hold the $25 per person for up to 6 months. The trip must be rebooked prior to that time.
If you require a vegetarian restaurant listing and have booked your trip thru
Green Earth Travel,LLC there is no fee. However if your trip is booked with
someone else and you would still like a listing it is $10 per city (based if
the information is available)
Green Earth Travel,LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services that are requested and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. Green Earth Travel,LLC is in no way responsible should any of these suppliers fail to provide the travel service that you have purchased.
It is strongly advised that all passengers purchase travel insurance. Because bankruptcy or default of even the most reliable airlines, cruise lines and tour operators has become a real possiblity, Green Earth Travel,LLC recommends travel insurance as a means to guarantee more security to the traveler. Please note that travel insurance DOES NOT cover bankruptcy or default of the airline ticket consolidators or wholesalers.
