Itinerary
Day 1 Depart Salt Lake City… We start this fantastic trip by picking up you and your fellow Adventurers in Salt Lake City. We'll prep you for your adventure and then enjoy a comfortable journey to our first national park…
Day 2 Yellowstone National Park… Begin the day by breathing some fresh mountain air in the USA’s first national park! Hike past Fountain Paint Pots, Morning Glory Geyser, and of course the most famous geyser, Old Faithful. Watch Old Faithful erupt boiling water and stream 30 meters into Wyoming’s blue sky. Later, swim in a hot spring fed river, and warm your toes around a cozy campfire.
Day 3 Yellowstone National Park… Explore the “Grand Canyon of Yellowstone” with its 300 ft waterfalls, raging Yellowstone River, and herds of bison. Later, we’ll peek inside the bubbling Dragon’s Cauldron and end the day with a midnight soak in a secret hot spring.
Day 4 Grand Teton National Park… This beautiful park is known for its sharp, snow capped peaks and excellent hiking trails. We’ll visit the Colter Bay area first, and let you loose to hike past serene Jackson, Heron and Swan Lakes where it is likely you'll spot deer, moose or elk!
Day 5 Grand Teton National Park…We’ll take a short boat ride across Jenny Lake at the base of Grand Teton Mountain, hike past Hidden Falls, Inspiration Point, and then follow Cascade Creek as it winds through Cascade Canyon. This canyon is filled with wildlife, flowers, and waterfalls.
Day 6 Jackson, Wyoming… Explore this cowboy town for the day, or, do a little white water rafting on the Snake River! Enjoy the many galleries and shops and a night out at a local grill or bar.
Day 7 We'll roll back into Salt Lake City mid morning, and say our goodbyes. Or if you just don’t want it to end, sign on for another week (schedule permitting) as we head south for sandstone arches, towering cliffs, and vast canyons!
