Coconut pumpkin soup
West Indian lentil loaf
Creamed sweet potatoes and sautéed christophene (cho-cho)

Marinated tomato and cucumber salad
Sweet African peanut stew with variety of ground provisions and fresh apricot
with couscous

Always homemade bread, fresh juice, bush teas, and hand roasted coffee.

A vegan breakfast would be a compilation of fresh fruits (mango, papaya, pineapple etc…_)
fried plantains, toast and soy yogurt when available.
